What to Wear to a Rehearsal Dinner or Wedding Shower (Summer Edition)

Calling all brides-to-be or ladies that will be attending weddings this summer! I was at a gorgeous wedding over the weekend that inspired me to put a few things together about what to wear. The beautiful bride had the most perfect dresses lined up for the whole weekend. While it’s not all that hard to find a dress for a wedding especially in the summer, (you can get away with almost anything that isn’t white!) often times we forget about what to wear to the rehearsal dinner or showers leading up to the wedding.

This particular dinner was outside in a private backyard and the bride was wearing an adorable white lace dress. Here are some dresses that you’ll be sure to shine in as the bride-to-be! If you want to get the most use of of them, wear them to your wedding shower, or as an outfit for the reception when you want to be more comfortable and dance!

How about if you’re the guest. Right now it’s summer time and the weather is warm. So whether you’re inside or outside, you’re likely going to want something light and with some color, just be sure to avoid wearing white to any wedding event.
